.....the  idea  shud  be  to  mitigate sufferings nd  prioritise saving  of  human  lives  along with   fight out  any    menace endangering  the  species  ...dressed  in  South East Asian  attire  @  Vietnam  the  world  leaders  looked dapper  cross handshaking  .....meets , tht  bring together  world  leaders .....Gud ,  Heart WARMING  ....on the  otherside  of  the  coin , at ,  Shah Porir  Dwip  of Bangladesh  across the Naaf  river separating  frm  Burma  is  witnessing  a  steady  flow  of  refugees  , who can't afford  a  boat  ride .....they  simply  undertake  the  hazardous  journey  of  swimming  across,   tied to  Plastic Palm  Oil cans  , used  precariously  as  a float  .....this  is  more  horrendous , thn  the  Mediterranean  cross  overs   ......why the  modern  world  with  all  modernity can't  extend a  helping  hand  to  save  a Life  ....why  a  life  is  valueless  nd  least  in  priority....the UN  has failed  ....even  a  great  failure  is  India  the  regional  power  under  whose  Nose  the  refugee crisis unfolded  ...whts  the  use  of  diplomacy  if  its  unable  to  save lives ....NewDelhi's  "hands  off  attitude"  is  inhuman   .......in  this  modern  era  Country  means nothing  ,  borders  hv shrunk  ,  its  meaningless  ,  its  disease  ,  squalor  ,  Polluted  environment  transgressing  all  borders  r the common  enemies    for  all  countrymen ....why  the Refugees especially  Children  &  Women  be  not saved  nd  protected  by all agencies  in  Rt  earnest  is  a  matter  of  Urgent  concern  .....as ,   tru  the  World  is  full of Injustices  , but  whts  the  point  whn  we  are  committed  to  the  decimation  of  Humanity  ......both  Pakistan & India  are  under  the spell of  SMOG  choking  the Citizens ....whr  is  the  fight  gone now ....nd  whr  r  the  borders   .....how  helpless   both  the Countries appear  to  be  ......thr  is an utter  failure  of Statesmanship  thru out  the  world as humanitarian  crisis unfold   ....Plastic can  ,  a  River  to  cross  ,  an uncertain   foreign  land  of refuge , a  mammoth  tragedy  .....!!!!
