....the  Eastern  sea  board wears    an  altogether difft  look.....The  LonuZiyarai area was the  area  sporting  a  free &  Fresh  spacious look  overlooking  the  Surf....historically  also  the  place  is  imp  as The  former  Sultans  used  to  Celebrate  Eid  here  nd  distribute  alms.....Lonu  means  salt....Ziyarai  probably  Prayer....the Juggernaut  of  Development  gobbles  up  everything  , more  so  limited  Island  space  in  demand......the  place  now  flattened  making  way  for  the  CCCC a Chinese  Construction Giant  responsible  for  the  Land  mark  bridge  which will  be  ready  by  2018.....yes,  the  Bridge  wrk  across the  Sea  linking  Capital  Island  Male'  to  Hulhule  the  airport  Island ,approx  1.5  Km , has commenced  in Rt  earnest.....a  challenging  endeavour on  the  anvil.....God willing..!!!...Inshallah....!!! wud  be  able  to   drive  to  the  Airport  &  Satellite  township  of  Hulhumale frm  Male'  in  near  future......a major  project  for  the  region's  development......meantime the  western  seaboard hosts  now  a  newly  laid  marine  drive  with  a  Lagoon which  will  be  the  hub  of  leisurely  activities  ,  now  tht  the  Eastern  sea  board  is  out  of  bounds.....its  a challenge  for  Development as Ecology has  to  be  spared  &  undisturbed.......

Tru its hurting whn Ur on the wrong side of the Law, for the Law is Supreme .....also Tru is, tht , thr r Many laws in India both in the Civil & Cr PC as vestiges of Old Colonial system , aimed  to  keep  the  Nationalist  at  Bay, & is outdated ......which need to be refashioned according to present times , of  a free India....it is akin to a Disk Cleanup with useless outdated programmes deleted.....since Time doesn't wait for any one U ought to keep pace with it nd meaningful edition of Bye Laws generated by legislation of amendments....difference in opinion is a hallmark of a healthy Democracy.....Some will carry it too far, as evidenced recently in our Campus, to the point of singeing their hands & others too with whom U differ with.......But Again, enforcement of Orderliness of a secured society is by far the most imp to avoid spillage of blood & terror of destruction, as recently evidenced & this also,shud & must be Equated as Sedition.....Gud the Top Court came out with a suggestion of fixing responsibilities urgently ,for any damage & Loss incurred ....for the Loss is recurrent , a malady.......here,the Draconian Law of sedition will fit the bill in toto , if applicable , for those who destroy National Property attracting its provisions.....!!!.....We  must  & shud  apply  the  Laws  , whr  it  matters  most......The Make ..... & ...... Break ..... in India cannot go together side by side......!!!

.....the arbritary dilineation &  demarcation  of  Land in  the  form  of  countries is  under  great  stress as  is evidenced  recently ,  in the  form  of  Refugee  migration  &  battles  on  many a  frnt  .....the  earth  seems  to  be  suffering  enormously  silently  to  this  system  of  madness......as a Faith  is   to  a  man : the  concept  of  country  is  on the  same  lines.....not  tht  it  does  not  benefit  a  Nation but  effectively  it meets  a  dead end  rd,  as  it  is  Finite....the concept  of  Nation  hood is flawed,  as  recent  times  proves  it....the  gregarious  mind  without  fear is  a  Global  citizen  nd  it  knows  no  bound.....since  the  mind  is  without fear  &  the head  is  held  high....a  narrow  concept  of  a Nation  is far  lagging  behind.....the  ultimate  aim  of  the  human  is  mental  &  physical  wel   being.....as  we  r  all same.....at  least we  react  the  same  emotionally  &  physically  to  a  variety  of  Stimuli.....the  concept  of Philosophy transgresses  all borders adding  meaning  to  our  lives  .....a  truly  Global  phenomenon....thn  shud  I  say  tht  our  Evolution  at  least  socially  is  still  very  Primitive nd  hv  failed  nd  lagged  behind  frm a  truly cosmopolitan  existence.....this  is  the  root  cause  of  all  strifes......the  strife  for  Ur  own  Land  &  own  Space......myopic,....as which  hitherto  has  neither  shrinked  nor  enlarged.....the  same  old  Gud  Earth  spinning  on  its axis West  to  East ,365  days  around  the  Sun,  in  Clock like precision, serving  &  nurturing all  forms  of  Life........at  the  wrk  table opp. me , I  find  the  Sinhalese  ,  Maldivian  ,  European  ,Indian  , Bangladeshi, Pakistani , Nepalese , African, Filipino, Indonesian,  literally  thinking  in  the  same  way  as  to  their  ailments  nd  wellbeing.....as  globalisation  creeps  & seeps  thru  our  system.....As  King Arthur  &  his Excalibur  not withstanding.....".......the  Old Order    Changeth  yielding  place  to  New.......!!!"

.....these  r  difficult times  as I see frm  a distance....for  my adopted  State  of  Haryana.....ever since  my forays thr  in  mid  nineties , I was impressed  by  the  quantum  of  development  thr....now burning on  account  of Quota Stir....did we  really  achieve freedom & democracy ?....violence cannot  be  a  tool  for  achieving  any  end  however  &  whtever Noble  the  Cause  is....Spillage  of blood  & wanton  destruction  of  property ,spell doom  & insecurity  for any  society....the priorities r wrong....thn  r  we  any  difft  frm  people  who  spread fear thruout  the World.....& tht is  the moot  question....wht  a piquant situation....we  r  besieged today both  Externally  &  Internally...Our  finest  men  laying  their  Youth  ful lives  protecting  us....frm  External  threats ....&  our own  tearing  us  apart.....this  is  the  Unkindest  cut of all .....difficult  to survive.....Violent agitations  r  simply  not  part of  a Thriving  Democracy, for  it  bleeds  internally  leading  to  decimation of the  society.....

.....the Depression @ Bay Of Bengal generates  these welcome showers.....a  rather   long  spell of  dryness much  against  the   character  of  the  Land, is   put  on  hold,  momentarily......1pm Sun......now cool ,after  blazing  for  a couple  of weeks  , Uncomfortably but suitable for  outdoor  Pix .....Wild  Wild  west  still at  a gripping  stage  as CP Hill unfolds  every  aftnun  &  new frontiers  overtaken  , overrun  &  newer  American  States  added....Kentucky, Illinois,  Indiana , florida.....19th Century America ......the tussle between  the  Red faces(Indians)  &  the Pale  faces(Immigrants).....it  is  a  far  more  engrossing story of  United States formation , Slavery , Cotton & Corn....I wonder sometimes our  time  of  arrival of  our  period  of  stability &  orderliness....none the less lacking  in  all the  Pioneerism  &  Adventurism....shud I say  Jaded , Faded, & sedate.....times of ours......none the less supremely  Communicable  & Comfortable  with  all its  banality.....Adversity is  the  trigerring  agent  for a Spirited  existence  & we learn &  Live  healthily while  overcoming......Life must  not  be  a Bed  of  Rose as  it will snuff away  whatever  Spiritedness of  a Defence of  an Exalted  Life of  Adventure & Finest  Human  Qualities .....!!!!

....a date with Battleship INS Vikramaditya.....

....as we boarded INS Vikramaditya, duly transhipped by MTCC under a smooth oversee by INS officers & MNDF(Maldives National defence Force), a warm welcome awaited us by the officers & sailors aboard, as brite & sunny & breezy, as it cud  be ,as   desired  the   atmosphere....the children were awe struck as they moved & climbed in the alleys on their way to the runway of the Aircraftcarrier....interacted with our sailors who defend our huge coastline....amiable, sober & alert....with INS Deepak in the  backdrop which had done a gr8 service in Dec  2014 to provide relief in the Water crisis here.....with INS Mysore in the harbour with our Flag Fluttering  high.....the Indian & Maldivian visitors in full strength in the high seas with distant Male' our abode shining   brite.....felt very proud of our Men there supporting  & protecting  us & on a Goodwill visit to the neighbourhood....laced with INS refreshments the children  had  a  gr8 day , post school.....under the fluttering Tall Indian  Flag.....!!!....Long Live India & Long Live Indo Maldives  frndship....!!!!

....wk long Indian Superspecialist Camp organised by the Indian Chancery is on @Conference Hall of state run Indira Gandhi Memorial Hosp , & also the Health Expo by 18 Corporate hospitals frm India showcasing @ Darbaruge :the Community Centre here....to top it all, India's Largest Aircraft Carrier battleship INS Vikramaditya is here with INS Mysore & Deepak in tow.....Children shud visit tomorrow @Male' Harbour, boarding our own war ships....with lots of cadets & sailors on Male' streets......the immediate neighbourhood of India is Imp. & truly the actions r in place.....feel happy for the Children for their exposure to their own in a foreign land .....!!! 

Freedom , Liberty, & Honour....!!!!

....these r the  basic Tenets of existence of a human & priceless & since ages mankind strove for it ....stumbled upon a book at the National Library by an English author CP Hill on America its evolution post 1492 AD, post Columbus....while reading is on , stumbled upon @WB(Warner Brothers) : "The Last Of the Mohicans" a movie based upon the Indians, French& American & British Conflict in the New world....the twin effect synergistically  imprints an impression of a desire to learn more of the Great American Saga & dream.....with inputs frm Neil & Wendy our dear ones thr , on & off & their imminent arrival here coming March...I am kind of in a hurry to be abreast of all the info & absorption of the philosophy of a Gr8 Land, for a suitable Tete' e tete'..... whn they arrive.... in one of the coffee balconies ....overlooking the Deep Blu ....Ur own land is righteously urs nd ur fondness is genetically determined , but to imbibe & absorb the foreign with all the positive , educative, aspects surely lifts ur spirits to a height of a soar , on a wings to positivity.....Orient is in our blood & the West is a handshake away given the modern Day logistics ....& we an admixture of the Orient & The West....feel gud for the Kids.... for their exposure  is truly Universal & global.....ur Eyes , heart nd  ears r the formidable tools of new discovery of a knowledge which had a layer of thick dust of ignorance.....nd Newer Destinations, not to spk....I learnt in the last 48hrs wht is a "Frontier" & wht r "Frontiersmen" west of the Appalachians...huge tracts of Virgin land...treacherous & uninhabitable....a handful of Immigrants away frm Homeland(Europe) for good....their traumas & travails ....their success....nd bldg of a Gr8 Nation based on Jefferson's basic Tenets....feel excited for our imminent meet with our own frm there....Long Live....!!!!

और फरीदपुर  सब  डिवीज़न  बांग्लादेश। .... दादाजी  बरिसाल और दादी फरीदपुर। ...... नदियों  का जिला। .... दादाजी का १९०४ का  सर्टिफिकेट  से पता चला उनका स्कूल १८८२ ब्रजमोहन अकादमी बरिसाल। ..... अभी भी  हैं , और नामी। ..... फ्रीडम फाइटर ,  स्कॉलर  ,पॉलिटिशियन 
 पोएट  की एक बिशाल  लिस्ट। .... अभी  कॉलेज यूनिवर्सिटी  का स्टेटस प्राप्त हैं। ...... अब तो  मन नहीं लग रहा हैं , जाने की हड़बड़ी हैं.....हो सकता हैं इस जुलाई मैं। ... हराभरा...... लबालब पानी भरा नदियां, खाल , बिल, .....टूरिज्म के लिए  शायद ठीक नहीं  पर जड़ को छूने के लिए तो   जरूर......अब इनलोगों को ,समझाना हैं ,क्योंकि यह  मेरी  requirement हैं.... अब समय आ गया हैं कई उफान भरी नदियां पार  करने की, अपनी आँखों  से जी भर के देखने  और  छूने  की , शायद पुनर्जीबित  होने  की। .... कलम और स्याही को नयी जान देने की....
