.....Rains returned with vengeance today.....post aft nun clinic, wading thru the ice cold flooded streets was a pleasure...out of a tight compartment again of service providing on a wet treacherous wicket of diseases.....patients were more than happy as the clinic furthered until past 1pm , only to be greeted with the icy waterway which were streets until morn.....the state run hospital appeared a flotilla as the front entrance was completely inundated....Retreating monsoon and its battering a talk of the town today.....
