....Railway tracks need to be fenced in India ....elevated corridors will also enhance train speed....India is no Ordinary Nation ....teeming with population , whose life is definitely Precious .....fencing needs priority....newer tracks can be shelved for the time being ....the Indian Train system Juggernaut , needs urgent reforms....if at all we care for our people ...Amritsar a sad day definitely ...
