.....as H1 N1 virus gains entry , thr is trouble in paradise , though all braced up ....peak tourism somewht gets jaded .....high health alert is on ......2009 Pandemic not very far frm memory but currently mankind is better prepared nd an energetic assault of prevention is underway .....just a reminder tht how Communicable diseases still hold sway , bolstered by a bane called modern day Jet Set travelling.....for the first time here Dengue lost its pole position , endemic thru out with occasional spurts ....the schools r closed indefinitely nd the mid term vacation a washout as Resorts r leaden foot accepting locals frm the affected Atolls as tourists....heavy welcome showers of yesterday gave way to a brite nd sunny side of the Island nd a weekend for others in circumspection.....!!!
