......The Advent of the Black Goddess Ma Kali on Deepavali......

.....as Shyama Pujan draws near, there will be few pandals of the other avatar of the Black Goddess :Ma Kali, with unconscious Shiv under Her feet of an enact of Ronochondi,Mundomalini , nd spontaneous guilt feeling as seen in the facial expression of the Goddess.....the late nite Nishi Pujan....the air thick with smog of Diwali Celebration of the eve......the streets dotted with MongolDwar of Banana trees auguring Laxmi Pujan for the traders.....splash of color,sight nd sound.....the Eastern India scenario is wel complemented by the more urbane North.....a frenzy for exchanging Gud wishes,gifts , sweets nd crackers of course...the sadar bzr @ Gurgaon is choc a bloc jam packed, with dry fruits, sweets, lights nd Pujan materials overflowing frm the shops to the streets.....this is Delhi wel lit by Diwali lights which the marauder Ahmad Shah Abdali was awestruck even aft ransacking the city.....years of attacks frm the western front nd subsequent subjugation nd colonisation could n't dampen the rich tradition of  Diwali.....as free ,modern India emerges thru evolution...its one large festivity bonding the Nation.....wishing all frnds ,fmly a Very Happy Diwali loaded with all the Gudwishes ,frm across the Isles......!!!!!
