.....the Bali:(Disease in local parlance) mth, so far, has not swept us off our feet,as compared to year last.....thnks to incessant rain for the better part of the mth....with the sea rough nd travel risky...frm far flung Islands....!!!...pre monsoon showers nd local disturbance in the Bay of Bengal kept the temp. very cool....as compared to reports frm Homeland 1 @ Gurgaon : a stark contrast....it has been now 5yrs : we have escaped the Northern Plains Summerly heat....though with all the heated Newsy action unfolding in India rt frm Bansal to Srini...nd Chattisgarh Kand(episode) have kept me glued to Arnab Goswami.....his panelist...nd the diaspora....!!!...we can't be untouched by all these...could we...??....the sudden demise of RituParno Ghosh a superb Dir. in Kolkata this morning was a shocker...!!!....the Canne festivity as far as India is concerned is a dampener and Centenary Celebration of Bollywood is pedestrian...upto now..expected more of celebration nd media coverage....!!!....the border dispute with China nd a research into its chronology of genesis as back as late 19th -early 20th Century made good reading & understanding of the complex problem...of the huge undemarcated border with China.....skirmishes will be on with greater frequency take my word for it.....under the garb of ..Hindi-Chini Bhai Bhai....!!!
